Our family has used Irma Lee’s catering for several years, and the food and service has always been professional and delicious.  We use Irma Lee’s for special occassions like birthdays and holidays, particularly Thanksgiving for the Fried Turkey which is always tender and cooked to perfection.  Thank you John for being so great a what you do!

The time and attention that Mr. Jackson puts into every dish he prepares really shows.  My favorite dish is the pork ribs but, even better is the home made B-B-Q sauce that he gives you in a mason jar! He adds the perfect down home touch!

What can I say, John your food is so awesome….You saved me time in the kitchen, and have came to the rescue over the years….Big hugs..

The deep dish sweet potato is the best I ever tasted, so fresh it just melts in your mouth. I love serving it on thanksgiving or just because as a wonderful dessert.

I can say that I have had some of Irma Lee’s Country Catering. John prepared a Peach Cobbler for my Thanksgiving dinner, and needless to Say everyone enjoyed how good it tasted.  Thanks John and I look forward to eating more of your good ole “down-home Cookin”
